Thierry Lefebvre is currently a PhD candidate at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute at the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom. He completed his Medical Radiation Physics master’s degree at McGill University under the supervision of Dr. Caroline Reinhold and Prof. Peter Savadjiev in the AIPHL in 2020. Mr Lefebvre developed a strong interest in MRI medical image analysis during his undergraduate degree in Physics at Université de Montréal during which he pursued different clinical research projects to assess quantitative MRI metrics as surrogate imaging biomarkers of histopathology-proven disease grades. His interests and qualifications now lie in multi-modal imaging guidance and assessment of radiation therapy efficacy in different cancer types, machine learning and radiomics in medical imaging, and molecular imaging of cancer biology.
